All programs include one whole day retreat session on a Friday or Saturday during the second half of the program. The MBSR-X programs are taught by Dr.

Only participants who have taken the MBSR-X program can then enroll in the Mindsight Intensive with Dr. The course material includes an electronic manual, 15 recorded guided meditations , and live session recordings that are accessible in an electronic student folder.

We do have a waiting list because there are occasionally last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
